Pick your subscription based on how many games you want each month
Pick your game(s) for the month ahead – spending up to your credit limit and wait for us to post the game out to you!
Enjoy playing your game(s) and at the end of the month put the Royal Mail return label on the box and drop it off at your local Royal Mail
Our games have credit values from 0.5 to 4 which is primarily based on their weight. Your subscription level determines the credits you get each month to rent games. Unused credits do roll over, however we can only ever send a single package of 10 credits maximum each month.
For example if you had a 4 credit subscription then in month one you could choose 1* 2 credit, 1* 1 credit and 2* half credit games; month two you could choose 1* 3 credit and 1* 1 credit game and month three you could choose 1* 4 credit game
Set up your subscription for either 4, 6 or 8 credits per month depending on how many games you think you would like to play in the month.
For example 4 credits a month would be enough for between 1 and 8 games while 8 games would allow you to rent up to 16 small games!
Of course! We know that everyone has varied lives and schedules so some months you will want 1 big game and others you might want 2 medium games or even 4 small ones so each month you can choose exactly which game(s) you will receive.
Once you have placed your order the games will be dispatched to you within the following 2 working days.
Every game is checked to ensure all parts are included before it is sent out to you but in the very rare occasion that anything is missing please let us know as soon as possible at email@example.com and we will be happy to help!
When you receive your first order from us you will get an insert that details the return date for each month and in every box we include your return label. You can keep your games for as many months as you’d like however each month extended will use your credits for that month.
No problem! If you want to keep your games for an additional month then your subscription will roll forward and the next month’s credits will be used against these games as well.
The return label already included in your box will still work when you are ready to return these games.
For most of our games this is absolutely possible! We do, however, have some out of print and Kickstarter games that we would be unable to replace and these are not for sale. If you’d like to buy a game out of your subscription then please send us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org and we’ll let you know the price. You do receive a discount to the available retail rate for any game you wish to buy of 5, 7.5 or 10% depending on your subscription tier.
You can keep all rented games for another month, but you must keep all games or none – we cannot do partial returns. If you do keep your games an extra month your credits for that month will be used for these games and the return label you’ve already received in your box will still work
Simply navigate to My Account > My Subscriptions. Select your subscription and then under ‘subscription total’ select ‘Subscription – x credits’. This will bring you to a screen to change your tier level.
This is an exclusive benefit for our 8 credit members who have been with us for 6 or more months. Once every 6 months we ask these subscribers if there are any games that we don’t currently have in our collection that they would like to try. If the answer is yes then we buy that game in and allow the subscriber to be the first to rent it! There is, of course, a limit to the cost this game can be which is £120.
Don’t worry if this happens! In most cases we can either order a replacement part form the publisher or get a new piece 3D printed or card printed. We will try our absolute best to simply repair or replace any damage. The only situation where we would issue a charge is if the game came back to us in an unplayable state – in this case we would be required to charge you the trade value of the game so we could purchase a new copy.
Easy! We’ve included a pre-paid return label in the box for you. Simply repackage the games as you received them (and remember to include the tape) and put the return label over the label we sent your games with. By the time you have returned your games you should have already ordered your next ones and they will be on the way. Once returned you don’t have to do anything further – we check all games that come back to us and will ensure that we aren’t missing any pieces or have any issues (which rarely happens!). If there are any problems we’ll be sure to let you know.
We love each of our games in our collection and hope everyone using our service will be careful and respectful of our collection – but we also understand that accidents can happen so if you have a game out on rent from us and something happens then please just let us know as soon as possible at email@example.com
Yes, no problem! You can upgrade or downgrade your subscription at any time. Your new payment will be pro-rated to take account of any payment already made.
Yes! You can cancel your subscription by sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org.
We will verify that there are no games outstanding on your account prior to processing the cancellation. If there are, we will ask you to return any outstanding games first.
Yes! Ensure that all games have been returned to us then pause your subscription by logging into your account and clicking the subscriptions tab.
At the moment we ship to anywhere in mainland UK. If you are elsewhere and really want our service then let us know! We have plans for expansion and so knowing where we are needed most really helps us choose where.

We try as hard as possible to make sure you get your games for at least a month but this depends on you choosing your game on your subscription date. If you do not do so then you may not get a whole month between receipt of games and return date. Our time table at the moment would look something like: Subscription date 1st, Shipped by 3rd, arrive by 5th, play games for 1 month and return them by following 5th.
We want to make sure you all have games you are excited to play and so we wanted to make sure you had our say! This is a benefit we bestow on our 6 and 8 credit subscribers each and every month. They receive an email with games to choose from, vote on which they’d like to be added next month and are also able to make suggestions of games not on the list to be added to the next month’s voting list.
Obviously we don’t have unlimited copies of each game and there will always be games you want to play but can’t as they are out of stock. To accommodate this we have put together a wishlist feature. For any game that you want to rent, but I currently unavailable or you don’t have the credits for this month, you can click ‘add to wishlist’. This will put it on your wishlist which can be found HERE. If a game on your wishlist comes back into stock then you will receive an email to let you know.
